My first EXPO was a success! I shot photos for EXPO representatives while friends and family ran my booth. 277 amazingly wonderful people filled out response cards and the feedback was positive. I had a few moments to steal away to my booth and met some really incredible people. After talking with them 1 on 1, they seemed very interested in booking me for photo shoots and I am beyond thrilled! : ) I am so looking forward to taking photographs for them and their families!

I also had a great time meeting and shooting photographs of Patricia Heaton, Susan Lucci and Ricki Lake! I shot the photos for the Ultimate Women's EXPO. If they give the green light, I'll post some of them here on my blog and on my Facebook page. If not, however, they can be viewed on the Ultimate Women's EXPO website and Facebook page. : )

During the EXPO, I also did a giveaway for a free photo session and prize package. In order to keep things fair, my lovely assistant (and friend who's totally like a sister to me!), Monica, mixed up the cards in the bag and then I called a random person who had not entered the giveaway to come and select a winning card from the pile.

She reached in the bag and mixed things up a little bit more, making sure that all of the cards had been mixed and jumbled together. Who was the lucky person going to be? I couldn't wait to find out!

Okay, so I found myself having WAY too much fun with Princess Payton's photo shoot and really want to do lots more Fairytale photo shoots! It's in my heart and on my wish list this Christmas!

There is a reason behind that wish. Years ago, I worked in the Entertainment Department at Disneyland and loved seeing the eyes of little girls light up when they got the chance to meet their favorite Princess.

There were other eyes that lit up though too.

{ Mommy's eyes, remembering the days that she felt like a Princess } 

{The eyes of the girl on her boyfriend's arm, wishing that he'd magically become Prince Charming for her } 

{The eyes of the single girl imagining that she was a Princess who was about to be swept away by her Prince }

{ The Grandma who knew that she was as special as a Princess and carried herself with grace and dignity }

So many eyes, so many ages of hearts and still, they all seemed to wish the same thing:

"I want to be a Princess. I want to be beautiful. I want to be part of a fairytale where I'm loved and cherished."

It seems to be a message written on all of our hearts and I believe that it's been written there by our Creator who made us with dignity and beauty and to be loved and cherished forever.

I want all girls everywhere, of every and any age, of every and any size and shape and all walks of life to know just how very special they are and to embrace that THEY are a Princess from the inside, out.

I want to invest value and dignity back into the hearts of girls and women of all ages.

Will you let me be a part of helping you to see yourself as the beauty you are? To start seeing yourself with the value you really have? To start seeing yourself as the Princess you are?

"New Year, New You" Photo Special {12/03/10 - 01/31/11}

This is a special photo package for all you out there who have their New Year's resolution set in mind for 2011.

Who doesn't need a little motivation? With this photo package, I will take your picture at the beginning of the year in January and you will receive an 8"x8" decorative print with your "before" photo in it and an inspirational quote in the blank circle next to it.

Then, I will take your picture again whenever you have reached your goal or fulfilled your New Year's resolution. You will get a second 8"x8" decorative print--but this time there will be two pictures: A before shot and an after shot. The beginning and the end.
It's a great way to stay motivated throughout the year, to keep you focused on accomplishing your goal! : )
